This trip to the most famous places of Himachal Pradesh and India is truly exhilarating and one of a kind.
Manali is a resort town which lies in the Beas River Valley and it was once an ancient trade route to Ladakh. Manali now has a new image now, it is one of the best holiday destinations to travel in India, whether it be for families, couples or groups of friends.
There are many places worth checking out in Manali. The place is famous for its cafes in Old Manali. Some of the famous cafes to check out are Cafe 1947, whose fish and chips are a must have. Other cafes include Drifter’s cafe, The Lazy Dog and Cafe Meraki. You can also spend the evening shopping to your heart’s content at Mall Road where you will get authentic and local souvenirs.
Next day will be spent at Solang Valley, which is also known as the “Adventure Capital of India” and rightly so because while you’re here you can indulge in some thrilling adventure activities such as paragliding, skiing, ATV riding and much more. The mountainous vistas add a surreal charm to the Solang Valley. The rest of the day can be spent in visiting some local touristic spots in Manali such as Manu Temple, Hadimba Temple, Jogini Falls, Manali Nature Park, Manali Club House and much more.
The next destination of the trip would be Shimla which is also the capital city of Himachal Pradesh. Shimla formerly acted as the summer capital of British India. The colonial architecture, beautiful mountains and dense forests are some of the highlights of Shimla which makes it for a top tourist destination.
Shimla offers a varied variety of places to discover. Explore Himalayan Bird Park and take a look at various bird species such as peacocks, pheasants and Himalayan Monal to name a few. Visit The Ridge, which is the epicenter of all tourist locations in Shimla. It is connected with Mall Road, Scandal Point and also the Lakkar Bazar. The Ridge is also famous for the summer festival which is held every year. Admire the neo-gothic style architecture of Christ Church which has been in existence since 1857.
Kufri is a small hill station which is located around 20kms from Shimla. In Kufri you can take a horse ride to Mahasu Peak or hike there. You’ll be able to see Kedarnath and Badrinath mountains and also acres of Deodar trees. You can also indulge in some adventurous activities such as skiing at Kufri.
The ideal time to visit Shimla and Manali would be in summers if you want to beat the heat of the summer months, while you can also visit these places in winters to experience snowfall and beautiful snow covered valleys all around.
Arrival in Delhi from there you have to reach on your own to ‘R K ASHRAM’ at 7 PM. From there you proceed for Manali by Volvo. Overnight journey. 12 Hrs
This day after breakfast you will proceed in and around Manali for the local sightseeing’s covering Vashisht, The Vashishta Temple is a 4000-year-old and famous temple of Guru Vashishta. Inside it, there is a black stone statue of the Rishi Vashishta, clad in dhoti, cap & a white shawl on the shoulder. The temple is also famous for its hot sulfur springs. Thereafter proceed to Hidimba Devi temple; this ancient cave temple possesses an imposing structure. Built by Maharaja Bahadur Singh in 1553 with a superbly crafted four-tiered pagoda roof. Clubhouse with its various sports activities, Van vihar, and Tibetan monastery makes wonderful outing of the day, in the evening you can explore the local market and Dinner & overnight at hotel. This day after breakfast proceed to Solang Valley the Snow point in Manali. You can enjoy the various adventure sports activities there. In the evening, back to the hotel and Dinner & overnight stay. Solang Valley: Solang Valley 13 kms away from Manali, on the way to Rohtang is situated at 2560 m. Solang Valley lies between Solang village and Beas Kund. Offering stunning views of the snow-capped mountain peaks and alluring glaciers. The Solang valley is popular for his fine ski slopes which makes it’s a perfect skiing destination of Himachal Pradesh. During summers, Solang Valley turns into the best paragliding, Zorbing, and horse riding destination of Himachal Pradesh. This day after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Shimla, on the way visit Sunder Nagar Lake, Pandoh dam and Vaishno Devi temple In the evening check in to your hotel and dinner and overnight stay there.
After breakfast proceeds for the local sightseeing of Shimla. Sightseeing for the day: • Great Himalayan Nature Park • The Mall Shimla • Wood Market • Kali Bari temple • Scandal point • Christ church • The Ridge • Jakhoo Temple (By Walking or By Rope way) Dinner & Overnight Stay at Hotel.
After Breakfast, Visiting Kufri, Kufri is a picturesque hill station situated 15 km from Shimla in Himachal Pradesh. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. In Evening Drive back to Delhi by Volvo.

Most of our trips start from Delhi or Chandigarh. We usually provide Volvo bus transfers or private Tempo Travellers from these locations. If you are flying in, we recommend landing in Chandigarh to reduce road travel time.
To confirm your "Banjara" seat, you only need to pay a 10% non-refundable token amount. The remaining balance is collected upon your arrival in the mountains. This gives you the flexibility to plan without a huge upfront cost.
Most of the sightseeing is accessible by vehicle. However, places like Jogini Falls or the Chalal Trek involve light walking (45–60 mins). These are beginner-friendly and can be done by anyone with basic fitness.
Clothing: Heavy woolens for Manali/Sissu and light layers for Shimla.
Footwear: One pair of sturdy walking shoes/sneakers and one pair of slippers.
Personal Care: Sunscreen (the mountain sun is strong!), moisturizer, and any personal medications.
Others: A power bank and an umbrella/raincoat (mountain weather is unpredictable).
