We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified time.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation
Cancellation made 30 days before departure: Full refund (excluding processing charges).
Cancellation made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellation made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Company Cancellation
In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances, we will:
Offer rescheduling options, OR
Provide a partial/full refund (as applicable).
Refunds may take 7–14 working days to process.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Travelers must carry valid ID proof during the trip.
International travelers must carry valid passports and visas.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid.
We are not responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
5. Health & Safety
Adventure activities involve certain risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks.
Participants must be physically fit for adventure tours.
Inform us in advance about any medical conditions.
We reserve the right to deny participation if safety is at risk.
Awarabanjara Adventure is not liable for injuries caused by personal negligence.
6. Changes in Itinerary
We may alter the itinerary due to:
Weather conditions
Road conditions
Government regulations
Safety concerns
Any changes will be made in the best interest of travelers.
7. Liability Limitation
Awarabanjara Adventure acts only as a service facilitator. We are not liable for:
Loss of luggage or personal belongings
Injury, accident, delay, or cancellation caused by third-party vendors
Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
8. Code of Conduct
All travelers must:

Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without refund.
