Who Should Book This Manali kasol Group Trip by awara banjara.
1. The Solo Explorer Looking for a Squad
If you have the “wanderlust” but your friends are busy with work or hesitant about the mountains, this trip is for you.
Why: You won’t just be a tourist; you’ll become part of the “Awara Banjara family.” It’s designed to turn strangers into lifelong travel partners by the time you reach the final bonfire in Kasol.
2. Adrenaline Seekers (Not Just Sightseers)
This trip is for people who want to do more than just take photos. Since it includes ATV rides, paragliding, and river rafting, it’s perfect for those who want a high-octane experience.
Why: If your idea of a vacation is testing your limits in Solang Valley or navigating the rapids of the Beas River, this itinerary is built for your energy level.
3. Working Professionals Needing a “Quick Reset”
The 4-day, 3-night format is specifically tailored for those who can’t take a full week off but desperately need to escape the “matrix” of city life.
Why: It’s a fast-paced, high-value “recharge” that covers the highlights (Atal Tunnel, Sissu, Kasol) without requiring long leaves from work.
4. “Slow Travel” & Culture Enthusiasts
If you appreciate the bohemian spirit of Old Manali and the unique Israeli-influenced culture of Kasol, you’ll feel right at home.
Why: Between the Israeli breakfasts in Kasol and the quiet treks to Chalal, this trip caters to those who want to “soak in” the local mountain lifestyle rather than just rushing through it.
5. The Budget-Savvy Nomad
Because Awara Banjara uses a group-sharing model (like shared transport and pre-booked group stays), it’s ideal for travelers who want a premium experience without the premium price tag.
Why: You get the benefit of a planned itinerary and a “Trip Captain” to handle the logistics, which is much cheaper than trying to book a private cab and hotels for the same route solo.
Who belongs on an Awara Banjara Trip

Yes, 100%. Safety is our top priority. We ensure secure accommodations, reliable transport, and a respectful group environment. Many of our past travelers have been solo women who felt completely at home with the Awara Banjara community.
To confirm your seat, we take a 10% non-refundable token amount. This helps us secure your stays and transport. The remaining balance is payable on arrival in Manali.
Clothing: Layering is key! Pack thermals, a heavy jacket, and comfortable trekking pants.
Footwear: Sturdy, waterproof trekking shoes with a good grip are a must.
Essentials: A power bank, sunblock, lip balm, and your original ID proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID).
Cash: While we accept UPI, network issues in Kasol and Sissu make it wise to carry some physical cash.
Snow depends on the season! For heavy snow and activities like skiing, January and February are the best months. If you’re traveling in March or April, you’ll still likely find snow at higher altitudes like the Atal Tunnel or Sissu.
Our trips usually attract a vibrant crowd of working professionals and students, typically between the ages of 18 and 35. However, anyone with a young heart and an adventurous spirit is welcome!
Mountain weather can be unpredictable. If a certain route (like solang valley or Atal Tunnel) is closed due to heavy snow, our experienced Trip Captains will arrange the best possible alternative experience to ensure your adventure continues safely.
We usually include breakfast and dinner at our stays to keep things convenient. For lunches, we love to explore local cafes together, giving you the freedom to try the authentic Israeli and Himachali cuisines of the region.
